Rusty
It's hard for me to post these images, I see only unfinished work. Not sure why I was so off my game but I'll lay it all on rust.

A little Egon Schiele
The thin and awkward nature of the pose gave me a little sense of Egon. Would rather have gone a Klimt-ish direction but I was still knocking the rust off.

Gestures of Lady J
What can I say? They're gestures. At least they are new. Truth be told, I didn't have the best night last week, too much rust on the pencil. Oh well, I'll share the better ones with y'all.

Rest in Peace Concepcion
I just found out that a friend of mine, Concepcion "Cep" Garcia, has passed away. My wife and I knew her when we worked for Sutton's Sportswear and we kept in touch after we all left. I used her as a model many times and some of my best work had her as the subject.
These are just a few of the sketches I have but she was the subject of a couple of paintings of mine as well.
She left behind two children and many friends and family who will miss her. She touched a lot of lives and, I guess, that is really all that we can ask. My wife and I are thankful for having known Cep and we hope everyone who knew her can remember all the good that she brought to us all.
Rest in Peace, Concepcion.

Bad weather and a sick model
This is what conspires to keep me posting old stuff. So, here we go again...
Pony tail and loooooong neck. I like this composition.

From 2016
More from the archives. I can't wait to get back to drawing. Gettin' a bit squirrely, it's been so long.

Mysterious
I've always liked how the face and head are unfinished in this one. Lot's of lost edges to (not) be seen here.
