Thirty five minutes

 I think I was channeling my inner Mucha with this pose.  White pastel and sepia on toned paper.  I don't think that I caught that well enough but I like where this was going.  I need to explore this more.

Twelve minutes...

 ...and some after pose noodling.  Some potential with this one but I really need to get a dark Bistre pencil that is closer in tone to the conté stick.  I  was very intrigued with the way her hip fell behind her midsection and would love to have explored the shapes and masses a lot more.  A fun exercise in spatial relation.

A decent start that went awry

 Proportions... always be sure of your proportions.  I should have been more attentive.  I'm happy with the line work, just needed to be more focused.

Five minutes

 Just not enough time.  Oh well, same ol' tale of woe every week.

 And so another fun Thursday evening ends and the week leading to the next session begins. 

Toned paper and white accents...

 ...really helps sell the form in this one.  Lots of fun to work on and I'm hoping to do more of the same in the coming weeks.

At last

 Finally!  Some time to get somewhere.  Really fell in love with the shadows on this one.  This was coming together quite nicely.  Still, I'm happy with what I was able to accomplish here.
