Well, I know the answer to that.  Movin' on with her life.  Still would love to have another drawing session with her.

How my style has changed.  Love the dark, sure strokes and the high contrast.

Way back when

SkinnyPuppy (her choice of name, not mine) was a great model for us long ago.  Her unique figure presented great challenges and when I was able to get something I liked it felt like an accomplishment.  Hope she's doing well with her real life.

Amber was always so relaxed and her poses reflected how comfortable she was with our group.  That always helps with the sketch (at least for me) as I feel more able to concentrate on the act of drawing and less on how best I can help the model feel more at ease.

Baby it's cold outside

Due to the frigid temperatures I decided to delay our life drawing sessions another week.  I don't want anyone getting caught in a bad and unnecessary situation.  So I will be posting some images of Amber, one of my favorite models from a few years back.  I hope no one minds.

I always loved the movement in this quick sketch.  Just seemed to be a fun pose.  We'll get some new stuff in a couple of days.

At least three years ago...

...probably more.  I love how this figure just moves in and out of the abstract background.  Would love to do more like this.
