This pose was one I would like to have turned into a painting. I think it's because it reminds me of a very large painting from "The Thomas Crowne Affair" with Pierce Brosnan. I believe it is "Certain Uncertainties" by Christian Vincent.
Joe, this is now the second post you've labeled as your "favorite" pose of the evening. Either I had a spectacular session, or you're getting forgetful.
Anyway, note on this pose: if you go back to October (the last time I modeled) you commented on a similar pose as something you wished you had more time to develop, so I pulled this one out of my hat just for you. Lemme know when you want to paint it.
Great memory. I would love to paint that pose at some point. I'm sure we'll talk about it later. As to the "favorite pose of the evening" thing, I guess I am forgetful. I think it should have been "favorite drawing of the evening".
I've been interested in art all of my life and pretty much can't do much else. My wife and I owned Gallery Interiors, a fine art gallery and high end furniture store here in the wild west.
